Agreement to Terms

By joining the Botxify Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in our affiliate program.

Program Overview

The Botxify Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to our AI chatbot platform. This program is designed to reward affiliates who help us grow our customer base through legitimate marketing efforts.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must have a valid UPI ID for commission payouts
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not be a competitor of Botxify
• You must not have been previously terminated from our affiliate program for violations

Commission Structure

Commission Eligibility

• Payment Required: Commissions are only paid when a referred customer makes a payment. Registration alone does not qualify for commission.
• First Payment Only: Commissions are earned only on the customer's first successful payment. Subsequent renewals or upgrades do not generate additional commissions unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund, the commission for that referral will be revoked and not paid. Any commission already paid may be deducted from future earnings.
• 15-Day Hold Period: Commissions will be held for 15 days after the customer's registration and payment to ensure the customer does not request a refund. Commissions will only be paid after this 15-day period has passed without any refund requests.

Commission Rates

• Commission rates are determined by your affiliate level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
• Commission rates may vary based on the subscription plan the customer purchases
• Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All commission rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard

Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid after a 15-day hold period following customer registration and payment
• Minimum Payout: You must reach the minimum payout threshold before requesting a withdrawal
• Payment Method: All payments are made via UPI to the UPI ID you provided during registration
• Payment Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
• Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned
• Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 30 days of the expected payment date

Prohibited Practices

To maintain the integrity of our affiliate program and prevent abuse, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• No spam emails, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• No posting affiliate links in forums, comment sections, or social media without permission
• No using automated tools to generate fake clicks or registrations
• No creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts to generate commissions

Fraudulent Activities

• No self-referrals or referring yourself using different accounts
• No using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods
• No manipulating tracking cookies or referral links
• No creating fake conversions or inflating referral numbers
• No using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake traffic

Misleading Marketing

• No false or misleading claims about Botxify's services
• No impersonating Botxify or claiming to be an official representative
• No using Botxify's trademarks or logos without permission
• No making guarantees or promises about earnings or results
• No using deceptive practices to encourage sign-ups

Prohibited Content

• No promoting Botxify on websites containing illegal, adult, or offensive content
• No using affiliate links in malware, adware, or spyware
• No promoting on websites that violate intellectual property rights
• No using pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced redirects

Account Management

Account Approval

• All affiliate accounts require admin approval before activation
• We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation
• Approved affiliates will receive access to their dashboard and promotional materials

Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Terminated affiliates are not eligible to rejoin the program
• We may withhold payments if fraud or violations are suspected

Tracking and Attribution

• Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links and referral codes
• Commissions are only credited to the affiliate whose link was used during registration
• We use cookies and tracking technology to attribute referrals accurately
• Referrals must be made through your unique affiliate link or code
• We are not responsible for lost commissions due to cookie blocking or browser settings

Intellectual Property

• You may use promotional materials provided by Botxify for marketing purposes
• You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our promotional materials
• All Botxify trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain our property
• You must comply with our brand guidelines when using our materials
• Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all Botxify promotional materials

Limitation of Liability

Botxify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
